Company Policies

Since a company has a lot of information, privacy policies are important to protect and maintain legal compliance. We have a data management team to control our company policies, and they have been providing reliable service to customers for a long time. We want to be sure that any loss of customers will not be a problem when hiring our services.

Personal Information:

When a customer contacts our company for any service, we ask them to agree to the privacy policy and terms and conditions as a guide. We collect personal information based on their consent. The client must remember to provide complete information and if they are correct then we contact the client before packing, loading, or delivery if they can give their consent. We do not collect any information unnecessarily.

How is the information used:

It is our responsibility, as the services to be provided are not risk-free, that information is collected and used correctly to provide the service in accordance with that responsibility. Companies provide offers to their favorite customers around the year, which are communicated to the customers so that they can take them up.

Policy Changes:

We do not change policies without discretion, as these are critical to managing our customers' information. We change our policies entirely on a case-by-case basis. We will also notify the customer in advance of any policy changes and whether this policy will be temporary or permanent.

Terms & Condition

We provide relocation service charges for packing and moving. Additional charges will be added if any extra packing materials or other services are required for distance-based moving. Our employees behave courteously and politely with customers, so we hope customers will treat our honorable employees well. We will take payment as per the customer bill as per our payment policy, with no hidden charge. Customers must complete payment two days prior to delivery of items, for which we will be responsible for transportation.
